EasyHealth has hassle-free 7 days easy return policy. If you are not satisfied with the item delivered, you can contact us and raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the product. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
Currently, we don’t provide return pick up. Hence, you will have to self-ship the item to our registered office. Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the product passes the quality check we will credit the amount you paid You will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs in case the return took place due to defective/damaged product. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall deduct 50% of the order price.
REFUND We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment and it passes quality check. If it doesn’t pass the quality check, we’ll inform you about the deduction being made from the refund amount. Refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days. If you don’t receive the amount in your bank, contact us and we’ll provide you the transaction id so that you can inquire from your bank authorities.
SELF SHIP Please pack the item in its original packing and secure it with cello tape. Also, please mention Order No on a piece of paper and place it in the packet so that we could recognize your returned parcel easily. Keep the receipt/bill safely incase required for reimbursement of shipping fee.
